The UIP8000 has got a continuous ultrasonic power of 8,000 watts. This power is unmatched worldwide. In particular for the treatment of liquids, such as homogenizing, dispersing, degassing, water and waste water treatment, as well as for the disintegration of sewage sludge this power allows a very economic design of flow-through systems for high volumes.

Of course, the UIP8000 has got all strengths of our UIP series devices. It has a constant amplitude (even under changing load), a high efficiency and it is run-dry protected. In addition, it is controlled by a microprocessor and equipped with an LCD status display and a digital power display as well as with an interface for external control signals.

The special design of this system allows for its use under extreme operation conditions, such as dust, dirt, temperature and humidity. The ultrasonic processor consists of titanium and stainless steel 1.4301 (other stainless steel types are available on request). It has been adapted to the new technical conditions in terms of correct oscillation-behaviour. The transducer and generator are housed separately from each other and are connected via cables.
