Ultrasonic Wire And Tape Cleaning - Ultrasonic Processors (2)

In general, the borehole diameter of the sonotrode has to be at least 2 to 3mm larger than the wire itself. Obviously, thinner wires can be cleaned with the same sonotrode as well. For each ultrasonic module there are several types of sonotrodes available. Bore holes can be up to 35mm wide. This would be suitable for a 32mm wire. There are different lengths of sonotrodes. In general, longer sonotrodes can transmit higher power and by this enable higher cleaning speeds. Other diameters of wires, profiles or bundles of two or more thin wires, respectively, can be cleaned with specially designed sonotrodes.
The standard power supply for the wire cleaning systems is 200V3~ or 400V3~ at 50-60Hz.
More than one processor may be used for particular high cleaning speed or cleanliness. The modular design of the systems allows for any power configuration needed. Our sales engineers will assist you, choosing the processor/sonotrode configuration meeting your cleaning requirements.
