The ultrasonic processors are installed in the cleaning box, which contains the pre-cleaning section, the air nozzles and the wire guidance. The box collects the cleaning and rinsing liquid and shields the cleaning line from the surroundings. It is made of high grade stainless steel, so that common cleaning agents can be used. Located between the cleaning and the rinsing section, an air nozzle minimizes the cross-contamination of the rinsing liquid with detergent. The standard cleaning line consists of the following steps:
Pre-Cleaning > Cleaning > Air-Wiping > Rinsing > Drying
A complete cleaning process can be realized on a length of only 1.5m by means of this configuration. Alternatively to this standard line it is possible to provide the pre-cleaning step with brushes or with a further ultrasonic processor. A detachable sidewall of stainless steel allows for the correct lead-in of the wire and the monitoring. Obviously, the single modules may also be individually integrated into existing units. In that case, the space requirement amounts to min. 150mm. |
