Flattened Sonotrode For Multiple Wire Cleaning (VFD)

In particular, the VFD is adequate for an elevated number of thin wires. They are arranged next to each other and can be cleaned using high speeds: On a width of up to 80mm the wires are placed into a guidance side by side passing the flattened sonotrode and being cleaned. Depending on the wire diameter, up to 80 wires can be cleaned simultanuously.
